Source: The WAC has been informed that Utah Valley University has provided the $1 million in escrow which, per judge’s orders, was necessary for them to play in the WAC men’s and women’s conference tournaments. UVU is the No. 1 seed in the men’s tournament. Utah Valley is leaving for the Big West and the WAC has filed suit against them for the $1 million exit fee. The WAC Board of Directors had instructed Commissioner Rebekah Ray to not allow them to play without the payment.
