Yoder runs for 3 TDs and Johnson accounts for 2 scores to lead Lehigh over Holy Cross 35-10

Yoder, who finished with 1,409 yards rushing and 15 touchdowns last season, carried the ball 21 times for 130 yards against Holy Cross. Johnson completed 9 of 18 passes for 117 yards and added 81 yards rushing on four carries.

The Mountain Hawks scored touchdowns on their first three possessions and took a 21-3 lead into halftime. Johnson scored on a 65-yard run on the fourth play from scrimmage. Yoder added scoring runs from four and 33 yards in the opening quarter.

Johnson's 14-yard touchdown pass to Nick Palumbo made it 28-3 early in the third quarter. Yoder added a 6-yard scoring run midway through the fourth.

David Lynch was 25-of-40 passing for 313 yards with two interceptions, and he threw a 15-yard touchdown pass to Drae Tyme early in the fourth quarter. Myles Abernathy caught nine passes for 129 yards for the Crusaders.

It was Lehigh’s 18th consecutive regular season win, matching the program's third-longest regular season streak (2011-2012). The Mountain Hawks have also won three straight against Holy Cross.
