What has each Top 25 team improved in most since the season started?

With so many postseason questions, college football's best weekend promises to be better than ever.

A look at the new Top 25 after Week 13.

Oregon returned to the top five of The Associated Press Top 25 college football poll, while five ACC teams were ranked for the second time this season.

While some teams look like CFP locks, there's still a lot to be determined as the regular season winds down.

Utah survived at home vs Kansas State and kept their slim playoff hopes alive, Pitt jumped all over Georgia Tech ending the Yellowjacks ACC and CFP dreams, Miami and Oregon both won, while Notre Dame dominated Syracuse with a 63 point victory. Ohio State, Texas and Michigan all looked good in victory heading into the last week of the regular season and the defining weekend for the college football playoff.
