UNC-Pembroke returned to flood-ravaged Lumberton, NC for the Braves' first game back since Hurricane Matthew closed the school and forced the football team off campus for more than a week. On an emotional homecoming day the 20th-ranked D2 school defeated Catawba College 41-31 to go to 7-1.
