Rider overtakes Siena in second half for 71-69 win

Rider (4 3, 1-1 Metro Atlantic) overtook Siena late in the game with an 11-3 spurt that put the Broncs up 69-68 with 2:22 left. Lundy, Carey and Jimmie Taylor all had at least one bucket during the run.

Taylor stretched the advantage by going 1 for 2 from the line but Siena cut it to one with 10 seconds left when Marquis Wright split a pair of free throws. Carey also went 1 for 2 from the line, then rebounded a missed 3-pointer from Siena's Nico Clareth to seal it.

Carey finished with 14 points and a career-high-tying 13 rebounds, and Kahlil Thomas had 11 rebounds.

Lavon Long led Siena (3-6, 1-1) with 19 points and Brett Bisping had 15 rebounds.
