Cokley left late in the game with an ankle injury but is said to be ready for Saturday's game at Auburn.
Zack Bryant and Lewis Sullivan led UAB with 19 points each, Sullivan's 19 points echoes the 22 he scored last time he played at Troy in the 2015-16 season.
