UC Riverside beats Western New Mexico 75-57
Chance Murray scored 14 points with five assists and three steals for the Highlanders (2-2), who shot 43.1 percent from the floor (28 of 65) to the Mustangs' 30.2 percent (19 of 63).
Western New Mexico closed to 35-30 on Haneef Vaughnwilson's free throw early in the second half, but UC Riverside scored 11 straight while the Mustangs went scoreless for nearly four minutes.
