The Rams took a 3-0 lead as the Mountain Hawks punted on their first two possessions. Leigh then scored on five-straight possessions and led 31-3 at halftime.
Green got the Mountain Hawks (4-3, 1-1 Patriot League) rolling with a 44-yard burst up the middle. After a field goal, Machalik had a pair of 2-yard TD runs before Jayden Johnson and Matt D'Avina connected for a 33-yard score in the last minute of the half.
The last score was set up by a defense that sent the Rams backwards 11 yards in three plays and a punt that put Lehigh on the Fordham 45. It took the Mountain Hawks three plays to cover the 45 yards.
