Commissioner Gary Bettman offered support Tuesday for the ruling that upheld the Anaheim Ducks' overtime goal against the Edmonton Oilers in Game 4 of their Round 1 series, telling the Associated Press Sports Editors "it was absolutely the right call."

The Avalanche and Hurricanes remain Stanley Cup favorites, with the Sabres and Ducks close to clinching their series'.
