York City have said they would support midfielder Hiram Boateng "through all proceedings" and were "committed to assisting" any review into events following their promotion-clinching draw at Rochdale.
The Football Association have launched an investigation into events at Saturday's National League title decider between Rochdale and York City after two pitch invasions and an alleged incident involving a York player punching a supporter to the ground.
