Scottish Cup News
Celtic and Rangers have both been ordered to play their next home Scottish Cup match behind closed doors.
Rangers were handed a home tie against Old Firm rivals Celtic in the Premier Sports Cup quarterfinal draw after getting their first win under new boss Derek McInnes at the fifth time of asking when they beat St Mirren 5-1 at Ibrox.
Large away supporter groups in games between Rangers and Celtic have been described as unsafe by the police officer in charge of investigating Sunday's Ibrox trouble.
Police stated they faced "extreme hostility and violence" during a post-match pitch invasion at Ibrox which impacted Celtic staff and players.
Fans clashed on the Ibrox pitch after Celtic knocked Rangers out of the Scottish Cup on penalties on Sunday.
