Defending champions South Africa will head into the Women's Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) in Morocco from July 5-26 without star striker Thembi Kgatlana, with her withdrawal attributed to undisclosed personal reasons.

Liga MX Femenil quartet Thembi Kgatlana (Tigres UANL), Jermaine Seoposenwe (Monterrey), Amogelang Motau and Hildah Magaia (both Club Tijuana) headline the Banyana Banyana squad to face against Malawi in April.
