Chakecia Miller added 11 points and Caira Washington had 10 points and eight rebounds for the top-seeded Colonials (28-3), who won their fifth straight. They will face second-seeded Dayton winner in Sunday's championship.
Fordham (20-11) was led by Tiffany Ruffin with 14 points. Samantha Clark and Emily Tapio had 11 apiece before fouling out.
The Rams led by four midway through the first half when George Washington reeled off 12 straight points and took a 33-25 lead at the break. Jones' basket at the 14:39 mark started an 8-0 surge with four different Colonials scoring and the lead stayed in double figures until the closing minutes.
