Massinburg leads Buffalo past Binghamton 80-64
Lamonte Bearden added 14 points, Willie Conner had 12 and Jarryn Skeete 10 for the Bulls (5-5). Reserves Blake Hamilton had eight points, nine rebounds and eight assists and Rodell Wigginton had 11 rebounds and six points.
