San Antonio Silver Stars at Atlanta Dream

"It's pleasing to see it all come together," Dream coach Fred Williams said.
Jasmine Thomas added 15 points, and Aneika Henry had 12 to help the Dream win their sixth straight game and remain perfect in seven home games.
"It's special to be 10-1 period and great to be unbeaten at home," Hayes said. "We're paying the fans back for their support. They work hard supporting us and we work hard for them. For us, it's all about effort. Every win is a team win."
Jia Perkins scored 19 points for San Antonio (3-7). The Silver Stars have lost five of their last six.
"I think the No. 1 story in the WNBA is the way the Dream is playing," Silver Stars coach Dan Hughes said. "They have great chemistry."
San Antonio dressed just eight players, with DeLisha Milton-Jones (leg) and Shenise Johnson (knee) joining the team's lengthy injury list. The Silver Stars already were without Becky Hammon (finger), Jayne Appel (concussion) and Sophia Young (knee).
"We're banged up, with I think that's the best team we've played this year," Hughes said.
Atlanta made its first six shots en route to a 24-14 lead at the end of the first quarter and was up 33-16 early in the second. San Antonio then ran off 12 straight points and cut it to 49-40 at halftime thanks to five second-quarter 3-pointers
The Dream, though, made nine of 12 shots while outscoring the Silver Stars 24-12 in the third quarter and were up 73-52 going into the fourth.
"I'm enjoying our success and staying in the moment," McCoughtry said. "It's a great feeling."
The Dream, who had just one road game during the winning streak, will play the next four games away from Atlanta. The stretch starts at Minnesota on July 9.
McCoughtry isn't concerned about the 10-day layoff before playing again, taking away the Dream's momentum.
"Everybody can use a break," she said. "Our bodies need it. It's a long season."
Atlanta's winning streak has come without Sancho Lyttle, the second-leading scorer and leading rebounder for the Dream. Lyttle, who averaged 15.4 points and 9.0 rebounds in the first five games, is playing with Spain's national team.
