Kristi Toliver added 16 points, Nneka Ogwumike 15 and Jantel Lavender 10 for the Sparks (8-16), who bounced back from a discouraging defeat against lowly Seattle in a game they had led by 16. Parker finished just two rebounds short of a triple-double.
The Sparks led 38-35 at halftime, then shot 9 of 12 from the floor in the third quarter to go ahead 61-47. The Sky, the league's highest-scoring team, made just 4 of 16 in the period. The lead reached 21 points in the fourth quarter.
League scoring leader Elena Delle Donne had 23 points for Chicago (15-11), but on only 7-of-19 shooting. Cappie Pondexter added 11 points.
The Sparks also won at Chicago 88-77 on July 31 to sweep the season series.
