Kentucky used an 8-0 run to take a 56-51 lead, and Ole Miss answered with a 7-2 surge to make it 58-all. Janee Thompson scored to give the Wildcats a two-point lead with 2:22 to play.
Harper forced a turnover on A'Queen Hayes, and then scored to make it 62-58 with 1:13 left. Jennifer O'Neill made a pair of free throws to seal it for the Wildcats.
