Belgian top-flight club KV Kortrijk signed Malaysian prospect Luqman Hakim to a five-year deal on Thursday.
Belgian FA proposes €1k fine over racist abuse during league game
The Belgian FA has proposed that Kortrijk be fined €1,000 for their fans' racial abuse of Standard Liege's Uche Agbo in last week's league game.
